  • Do you repair evaporative AND reverse cycle air conditioners?
    Yes we sure do! We can repair and service all types and brands. We are also licensed to do warranty repairs on all of our own installations of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries units.
  • Do you have EFT or credit card facilities?
    Each technician will have onsite a mobile EFT machine so you can pay by bank or credit card.
  • Do you have finance available?

  • How often should I have my air conditioner maintained?
    An annual service is recommended for residential air conditioning units. Units that are in commercial environments should be maintained at least twice per year to keep them running at their optimum level.
  • Why should I service my air conditioner?
    For the same reasons you would service your car, you should also service your air conditioner at least once a year. Regular servicing and maintenance keeps your unit running at maximum efficiency, significantly extends the lifetime of a unit and reduces operating costs. In addition routine maintenance will ensure that the unit qualifies for the full 5 year manufacturer warranty.
  • Do you provide free quotes?
    Yes! All our quotes for NEW installations are free of charge. However, if it is a breakdown or repair situation, a service charge will apply.
  • I've received a cheaper quote, can you match it?"
    On the rare occasion that a competitor has provided a cheaper quote it is usually because it has not been done on a like-for-like basis. On any comparable quotation, we believe that we will be able to price match. And our customer service is unmatched.
